Vanilla Peach Protein Coconut Smoothie
Serves: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, chilled
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1 cup ice
- 2 large fresh peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add coconut milk, protein powder, ice and peaches to blender.
- Using a microplane, add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest and vanilla extract to taste.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
Green-Apple Smoothie
Serves: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 large hand-fulls (~50 grams) kale ~the leaves of about 8 stalks
- 1/3 cup (~80 grams) pineapple chunks
- 1/2 (~50 grams) ripe avocado
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth
Very Berry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup ice cubes
