Apple Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup – Unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop – Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 – Red delicious apple
  • 1/2 tsp. – Apple pie spice
  • 2 packets – Stevia
  • 1/2 cup – Ice
  • 1/4 cup – unsweetened applesauce (optional)
