Hi, I am Lucas James, Celebrity Personal Trainer and fitness is my life.
I have worked as a body double for NBA pros, I have been a fitness model for brands including Nike, Seattle Mariners, Phoenix Suns and 24 hour Fitness etc. I have also been employed as a choreographer, dancer and a DJ. And throughout it all, I have been a fitness fanatic to the core.
And this passion for physical fitness has given rise to my private luxury gym and fitness facility.
I believe Group Classes can’t be individualized like personal training sessions. Similarly, luxury gyms give members the chance to work out in relative peace and quiet, focusing on what really matters: i.e. their form and exercise and not worrying about getting on the treadmill before someone else does!
At the Lucas James Personal Fitness and Training Centre, I have made sure that no more than 2 clients are working out at the facility at any given time. So you can rest assured that with me your privacy and time are valued.

Some people need to focus on building leg strength; others may want to challenge their limits of flexibility thus requiring g a completely different set of exercises. With group workouts it is impossible to completely tailor the routine to one individuals needs, this why these don’t seem to be provide the effective results of exercising and working out that everyone is looking for.
With my private workout sessions, you will see definite improvement in your form and figure within the first 4 weeks. I will lookout for your posture and form during the exercise, making it even more beneficial and getting better results sooner.
All of us have a totally unique response to work out and exercises. Therefore it is important that the variables be adjusted according to individual needs. These variables include Rep range, rest intervals, workout intensity, the load of each exercise, pre-workout warm ups, and of course the nutritional support necessary to achieve fitness or weight loss goals.
