Maple Pecan Pie Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup – unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop – vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup – vanilla maple Arctic Zero ice cream
- 1/4 cup – pecans
- 1 tbsp. – Walden farms maple syrup (or any sugar-free syrup)
- 1/4 tsp – cinnamon (optional)
