Maple Pecan Pie Protein Shake
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup – unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop – vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup – vanilla maple Arctic Zero ice cream
  • 1/4 cup – pecans
  • 1 tbsp. – Walden farms maple syrup (or any sugar-free syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp – cinnamon (optional)
